Qualifications:
Ability to lead and work effectively across organizational lines.
Significant experience in leading worship (paid or volunteer).
Ministry experience preferred.
Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office software.
Working knowledge of Adobe design and video software.
Advanced knowledge of piano and/or guitar.
Servant heart attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and administrative acumen.
High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to negotiate, problem solve, and resolve conflict.
Able to work in a team environment with all levels of the organization and volunteers.
Strong attention to detail and project management.
Primary Function:
To contribute to the expansion of Seabreeze by developing leaders capable of leading ministry teams in the area of Worship.
Coordinate Music:
Approve and Supervise music for all Seabreeze services and functions.
Build, oversee, and grow teams for vocal, band, worship leading, audio and lighting.
Direct rehearsals.
Coordinate the Drama and Video Production:
Identify, train, equip and delegate responsibility to Drama, Audio and Video team leaders.
Approve all Drama, Audio and Video productions.
Oversee set design.
Additional Services:
Assist the Senior Pastor with vision, brainstorming and the production of creative ideas for use in services and programs.
Contribute to the development of services and special events including the music, media, drama and audio/visual.
Coordinate the flow of services as they happen, including transitions, introductions and cues.
Coordinate special services like Good Friday, Easter and Thanksgiving.
Handle all issues related to audio, video and lighting equipment.
Budget management of the Worship ministry.
Contribute to the development of creative events and programs focused on including the unchurched of our community.
Additional Expectations:
Perform all other duties assigned by the Senior Pastor and carry out his vision for the church.
Adhere to the Seabreeze Heart Attitudes and lead through example.
