Grace Church in Bainbridge, GA is seeking a Pastor of Worship Arts. This man must have a growing relationship with Christ, together with a passion for relevantly communicating Him through the creative arts. A thorough knowledge of current worship culture, anchored by a sound theological understanding, is vital.
Our goal is for the Pastor of Worship to team with the others on staff to craft a dynamic service each Sunday that moves attenders to take one more step in their faith-walk. The ideal candidate would have related musical skills and training, an articulate platform presence, and expertise in praise bands, worship teams, video, IMAG, sound, lighting, etc. Skill with Apple computers is a plus.
Grace Church is a non-denominational community church of about 350, located in Bainbridge, Georgia, about 40 miles north of Tallahassee, FL. The Pastor of Worship Arts will join with multiple praise bands, tech teams, and talented vocalists to lead the church family each Sunday. The church is diverse in age and race, with a predominant number of young families.
The Bainbridge community is made up of new and established neighborhoods and provides multiple recreational opportunities for the family. Beautiful gulf coast beaches and Tallahassee amenities are also within a short drive.
