Calvary Baptist Church (www.CalvaryNewOrleans.com) is a diversified, very representative cross section of the culture of New Orleans. We are a church committed to reaching the heart of New Orleans for Christ and we are looking for a Worship Pastor to join our team!

This person has a genuine and passionate heart for worship and is clearly called by God to serve in this ministry,

They must also:

- Be gifted and have a degree in music.
- Be engaging in worship.
- Possess strong leadership skills and experience to oversee and develop a growing worship ministry that presently includes praise team, band, choir, audiovisual, and multimedia.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and habits.
- Utilize technology to make the ministry more efficient and effective.
- Be a part of the vision of our church
- Seek to embody the musical character of the city of New Orleans in our worship style.
- Set EXCELLENCE as the standard in every aspect of their ministry.
