He shall be a member of the pastoral staff, serving under the executive leadership of the Senior Pastor.
Duties
1- Chairman of the Worship & Arts Ministry Team and a member of the Church Council.
2- Plan and lead the worship services, direct the adult choir, schedule weekly rehearsals, select music, and work with the music team.
3- Recruit and administer a variety of choral and instrumental ensembles including youth, orchestral, children, and accompanists.
4- Plan and direct special seasonal musical cantata's.
5- Be a member of the media committee and supervise sound system operators by recruiting and training technicians (Power Point, Easy Worship,etc.).
6- Prepare an annual budget in cooperation with the Finance Ministry Team.
7- Recruit and supervise all part-time employees connected with and supportive of the Worship and Arts Ministry.
8- Be available for other pastoral duties as needed (i.e.preaching, teaching, visitation,witnessing, discipleship, and counseling,etc.).
