Job Description:
This position will be responsible for leading worship at the Robinson Campus of The Bible Chapel every Sunday, and will split time with the Pastor of Worship Arts leading worship on Saturdays at the South Hills (main) campus.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL be strong in up front worship leading capabilities, will be able to lead with a guitar or a piano. They will be capable of leading congregations ranging in size from 100 to 1200 and will understand how those numbers may effect the dynamic of their leadership. In addition to strong musical skills, the ideal candidate will also possess skills or experience in any of the following artistic areas: drama (large scale productions or skits), children's worship, choral direction, graphic arts, painting, sculpture, photography, other. Any experience, knowledge or capabilities in these areas will be advantageous to the candidate and may lead to more significant contributions in those areas.
