First Reformed Church is an evangelical Protestant church that is located in Oostburg, Wisconsin beautifully situated on the shores of Lake Michigan between Green Bay and Milwaukee. It is a rural setting yet very conveniently located near urban services. Oostburg is a unique community of 3000 people with a strong conservative Christian influence dating back to its Dutch heritage. The Director of Youth Ministries would become a part of a solid staff with low turnover rate, and would be charged with the organization and implementation of the youth programs. Qualified candidates will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills with experience and a passion in leading middle and high school youth programs. Target group of 6-12th grade is 150 youth. Generous benefit package to complement experience and potential of candidates. Base salary range is $35 - 45,000.
