Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Contemporary Worship Pastor to oversee and provide leadership for our Contemporary Worship Services. We are a church with a clear purpose. At First Baptist Church we help any willing person to reach their fullest potential to become radically Christ-like. We are currently looking for an individual who has Contemporary Worship experience and someone who has a love for God and a love for music. Along with flexible hours (10-15 per week) there will also be opportunity for growth.
The desired applicant must: * Have the experience and skills to lead Contemporary Worship * Have experience in leading a band * Be able to motivate and organize God's musicians * Be able to focus on the young generation * Be a team player * Be a servant-leader with a long-term commitment (2 to 3 years) to serve God * Be an individual who loves leading worship and cares for people
