Job Description:
We are a young church conservative theologically and more contemporary in worship style utilizing music like Passion, Tomlin, Vineyard, Brooklyn Tab, and appropriate Hymns mixed in worship sets. We have a current Worship Band of guitarist, keyboard/piano, drums, saxaphone, bonga drums, vocalist, video techs, and sound techs. We average between 125-150 in Sunday worship from 45 2 years ago and are growing. We are financially stable with a congregation on the move for God's blessing and favor for GraceView church.We have no Sunday night services but encourage involvement in one of our several Home Groups. As well, GraceView emphasizes discipleship in all age groups.We are seeking an individual who is experienced and gifted at leading music from keyboard and/or guitar, organizing and growing our Worship Team,Drama Team, Audio and Video ministries. Our current Students'/Worship Pastor is leaving our church soon.He stepped down as our Students' Pastor and is now our part time Worship Pastor until he leaves. This position is part time for now and has the potential to grow into full time depending on candidates experience, passion, and drive for his/her ministry. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who has a desire to work with a visionary pastor and elder board.This position could possibly be a fit for an indivudual seeking a combined Worship/Students' pastor ministry.
