Leader and Mentor for Worship Team (band)

Responsibilities:
coordinate music selection with Scriptural directions and themes
transcribe and transpose (if necessary) music for weekly worship set
make lead sheets available for each band member
design worship service elements in Media Shout
develop a process to identify, nurture, and encourage worship leading gifts in others
schedule worship and tech teams each week
send out communication to band and tech crew each week
coordinate maintenance and repair of audio/visual systems
plan and make recommendations for future audio/visual needs
Compensation: Up to $600 / month
Time Commitment: 15-20 hours / week: 7AM-12PM Sundays, staff meetings, prep time as needed
